As president and co-founder of One2One Wealth Strategies, Adam provides fully customized investment services to meet the needs of a wide range of individuals and businesses. Adam is driven by his commitment to superior, personalized service. His approach is to take the time to know and understand each client and their long-term goals, and then develop and manage their portfolio in accordance with those goals. This intentional way of doing business allows him to develop planning and investment strategies tailored to each client’s unique situation.

In relating his personal philosophy, Adam said, “I offer my clients a high level of support and ongoing dialogue, including regular portfolio reviews. I thoroughly explore objectives and preferences, paying special attention to risk tolerance, time horizon and goals.”

Since 2012, Adam has been helping clients achieve their financial goals. After working as a Financial Advisor at one of the largest firms in the United States, he sought to focus his time and activities on the key tasks that add value to the interests of his clients. In 2016, he and his partners co-founded One2One Wealth Strategies, creating a strong team confidently pursuing client-centric portfolio management.

Adam Carlat has made it his personal mission to make a difference in the lives of others though financial education and retirement planning. To that end, he earned one of the top designations in the industry, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®), from the College for Financial Planning. In addition to his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northern Arizona University, he holds Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses through LPL Financial, as well as a life and health insurance license.

Born in Dallas Texas, Adam is passionate about sports. He and his wife Kalen live an active life in Scottsdale, Arizona with 11-year-old Allarie. In his free time, you will find Adam at Allarie’s cheer competitions, or golfing, hiking and biking with the whole family, including their goldendoodle Stanley.
