Michele Healey
As Vice President of Wealth Management at One2One Wealth Strategies, Michele Healey is passionate about helping individuals and families make informed financial decisions with confidence. She believes that financial planning is about more than investments, it's about understanding each client's unique goals and creating a strategy that supports the life they want to live. Michele has more than 19 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Michele began her career at Janney Montgomery Scott in Philadelphia, where she earned her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and built a strong foundation in investment services. She then spent over 11 years with Beacon Financial Services, developing expertise in investment trading, portfolio model development, financial planning, high-net-worth client service, and regulatory compliance. During her time at Beacon, Michele earned her Series 24 license and was promoted to Director of Compliance. She also played a key role in the firm's achievement of the CEFEX certification for fiduciary excellence in its 401(k) division—an accomplishment that reflects her longstanding commitment to acting in clients' best interests.
While Michele valued her work in compliance, she found her greatest fulfillment in working directly with clients. In 2023, she joined One2One Wealth Strategies to focus exclusively on financial planning, where she helps clients navigate life's financial decisions with clarity, education, and personalized guidance. She was drawn to One2One because of the firm's purpose-driven philosophy, fiduciary commitment, and shared belief that financial planning should empower people to live with confidence and purpose. A graduate of Rutgers University, Michele earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and graduated cum laude. She holds her Series 7, Series 24, and Series 66 securities licenses through LPL Financial, and in addition, is licensed in Life and Health Insurance license.
Originally from the East Coast, Michele relocated to Arizona to be closer to family after the pandemic reinforced the importance of spending time with the people who matter most. When she's not working with clients, she enjoys gardening, reading, listening to music, exploring Arizona's mountains, and spending time with her family. "My goal is to help clients feel informed and empowered to make financial decisions that support the life they envision."
